GIFs, Boomerangs, and a private online gallery are available with select packages. Photos are digital; physical prints are not included.

Custom Graphics for Your Company & Event
Send us your company logo, preferred colors, event name, and any design guidelines when planning your rental. We can incorporate these into your open-air photo overlay and welcome screen or your 360 video overlay.
For employee recognition events, graphics can highlight the occasion or company milestone. For customer appreciation parties and business anniversaries, they can give guests a digital keepsake featuring your business identity.
We’ll discuss the customization included in your selected package and review the design details with you before the event.
Planning Setup at Your Office, Hotel, or Event Venue
Share the venue address, specific room, event schedule, and vendor access hours when requesting a quote. Let us know about loading areas, stairs, elevators, parking arrangements, or venue requirements that may affect setup.
Choose a booth location where guests can gather without blocking entrances, walkways, dining service, or presentation areas. We’ll discuss space and power arrangements for your selected experience.
For conferences and awards dinners, consider operating the booth during arrival, networking, or celebration periods. Setup and teardown are included and arranged separately from your reserved guest-use time.
